Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Current Vibes Group ("we", "us"), based in Minnesota, USA, handles personal information when you visit currentvibesgroup.com (the "site") or contact us by email.

Each of our products, such as Service Office Sidekick and ProDay, has its own privacy policy describing the data that product uses. If you use one of our products, that product's policy also applies.

Information we collect

• No accounts, forms, cookies or analytics. The site does not ask you to sign in, does not set cookies, and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information for each visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. These logs are used only to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site, and are kept for a limited period.
• Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message and any attachments.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as financial account, health, precise location or government ID information) through the site.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To operate, secure and troubleshoot the site.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers that process it on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Google Workspace, which provides our email.
• If required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to the information transferred.

Our service providers may process information in the United States.

Do Not Track and other privacy signals

The site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and no third parties collect information about your online activities through the site. Because there is no such tracking, browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the site operates. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out of any sale or targeted advertising, neither of which we do.

Retention

We keep emails only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain normal business records, then delete them. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and two-step verification on our business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information.
• Opt out of any sale, targeted advertising or profiling (we do not do any of these).

To make a request, email privacy@currentvibesgroup.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within 45 days, and will let you know if we need more time as permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing privacy@currentvibesgroup.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to appeals within 45 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state attorney general. Minnesota residents may contact the Minnesota Attorney General's Office.

Children's privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If we make a significant change, we will also note it clearly on this page.
